 100 g butter lettuceChopped
 1 green applechopped
 200 g purple cabbagechopped
 1 tbsp walnutsChopped
 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
Dressing
 ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
 ¼ cup corianderchopped
 1 tsp pepper
 sea salt
What are we cooking today?

A very simple yet super tasty salad with colours to impress. Full of goodness and ready in a matter of minutes.

Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Dressing: Whisk all ingredients together and season with salt.

Pour enough onto salad to coat all the veggies and set any leftover dressing aside for the next salad.
