30-Days of HiiT
High-Intensity-Interval-Training, or HiiT, is great to not only build strength but also to burn calories too. The format is simple, a short burst of exercise, followed by a short rest, then repeat. From a simple 5-minute routine all the way through to a 30-minute full-body workout, we have put together a series of HiiT sessions just for you. Our Group Fitness Instructor, Roz, will get you moving and help you to achieve your fitness goal.
So what does your $15 get you? Over four weeks Roz will instruct you on a series of HiiT routines designed to build confidence and strength in how you move. Week #1 is all about preparation. Stretch and warm up the body and learn some of the key moves. Weeks #2 and #3 are about finding comfort and confidence in how you move your body. And in Week #4, Roz will help you push your boundaries and set you on a path to a happier, healthier you.
